Responsibilities

Work with vendors and the infrastructure engineering team to ensure security and service availability.
Troubleshoot production issues, including performance and function issues, with DEV/QA teams.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve service issues related to VoIP telephony platforms and apps.
Provide the CI/CD model to deploy and configure the production system automatically.
Implement zero-downtime to achieve a highly available service (99.999%).

Required

Experience with CI/CD tools and integration with Docker container, Kubernetes, and other microservice technologies
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and other monitoring tools
Experience with Linux, CLI and basic network troubleshooting skills
Experience in shell scripting, Python, Go or any other programming language is mandatory
Experience hands-on with production systems. Understanding of the principles of operations
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Ansible and other DevOps tools

Preferred

Able to understand SIP, RTP, RTCP, and related
Experience with Linux/Network/AWS/K8S certifications
