Responsibilities
Assist in managing AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Support the automation of infrastructure setup and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.
Gain experience in provisioning AWS resources, setting up VPCs, and configuring services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
Contribute to designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.
Collaborate with developers to integrate code into a seamless deployment pipeline using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
Configure and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to track application performance and detect issues early.
Assist in setting up alerting systems to notify the team of potential outages, bottlenecks, or security risks.
Gain hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
Assist in containerizing applications, managing container lifecycles, and deploying them in AWS cloud environments.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as backups, security patches, and performance tuning.
Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, reduce costs, and improve uptime.
Implement security best practices in deployment pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and system configurations.
Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations such as SOC 2, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align processes and ensure smooth integration.
Participate in team meetings, documentation, and code reviews to provide insights and improve workflows.
Qualification

Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda).
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell for automation tasks.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodeBuild).
Preferred
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote environment.
