Responsibilities
Setting the foundation for modern CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure best practices.
Executing DevOps roadmap, automating CI/CD processes, and managing infrastructure at the enterprise level.
Acting as a bridge between technical teams and senior leadership, providing clear communication and guidance on DevOps initiatives.
Supporting and guiding offshore junior/mid-level team members.

Required
8-10 years of enterprise-level DevOps experience with a focus on process optimization, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Azure Pipelines for CI/CD management.
Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident management tools (Datadog, Logic Monitor, PagerDuty preferred).
Strong business acumen and communication skills to articulate DevOps strategies and technical concepts to senior leadership and business teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with Snap Logic for API management and integration.
Knowledge of Fresh Service (or other ITSM tools like ServiceNow) to support IT workflows.
Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
Multi-platform experience in .NET and Java environments.
