Responsibilities

Collaborate with application development teams to streamline and optimize DevOps processes, ensuring consistency, best practices, and the use of cutting-edge tools and standards.
Create and implement robust security solutions in integrated development environments.
Bring your expertise in DevSecOps to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient systems.
Conduct security scanning, remediation, release management, and operational support for critical systems.
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end solutions, leveraging AWS and other technologies to drive impactful results.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required

Proven expertise in DevSecOps and practical application of its principles.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
Hands-on experience with: Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, Oracle, HTML, JQuery, and Bootstrap.
A history of success in leveraging AWS for secure and scalable solutions.
A DOD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Preferred

Experience working with Navy Data or other defense-related projects.
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with defect tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA and a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles.
