Responsibilities
Identify and qualify winnable unrestricted (Full & Open) prime contracts.
Develop and maintain a multi-year, sustainable opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities within the target customers.
Develop and execute a comprehensive capture strategy to maximize win rates in the DHS and DOJ accounts, including:
Proactively gather knowledge about the customer’s requirements, solution, procurement strategy, competition, and price to win.
Uncover and understand customer pain points, requirements, and desired changes.
Collaborate with Inserso’s solution team to drive compelling management and technical solutions.
Support opportunity teaming strategy and recruit industry partners.
Understand the competitive landscape and partner community supporting the customer to assemble competitive teams to win specific opportunities.
Work with proposal development teams to create and submit compliant and winning proposals.
Represent Inserso at customer-related industry events, including, exhibits/tradeshows, conferences and other information exchange meetings.

Required
US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, or IT related disciplines.
10 years of experience directly related to assessing and qualifying DHS and/or DOJ IT Services contracts.
Experience winning unrestricted single-award contracts/task orders valued over $8M/year.
Thorough knowledge Business Development Life Cycle and related processes.
Understanding of customer’s culture, environment, technologies, and the factors driving changes within customer organizations.
Respected by decision makers and influencers in the customer communities.
Self-starter, disciplined, and driven to succeed with proven outcomes.
Periodic travel to meet with customers and attend events.
Effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and technical specialists.
