Responsibilities
Review published material letters (AFC’s, FSC’s, Safety Recalls) to have matched our Manual Engine & Truck/Bus procedures if applicable
Review all MSI materials on 2017+ Engine EPA to check for consistency, accuracy, and gaps (A26’s, S13, ZE, 6.6L, PSI, Cummins)
Review all A26, S13, and ZE fault codes that are missing or lead to creating a case file
Review iKNow article content to check for unneeded articles based on the procedure duplication (old iKNow article or incorrect iKNow article) to recommend retirement of content.

Required
Associate’s degree
At least 3 years of experience supporting engineering activities and/or automotive or diesel mechanic experience
Prior hands on automotive/diesel experience working with step based published diagnostics
System familiarization with International provided systems (both dealer facing and internal content development)
Microsoft familiarization (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Comprehends dealer facing step-based diagnostics
Willingness to get to the root cause of the problem
Willingness to identify problems while also proposing solutions
Communicate effectively through phone, email, or chat
Wanting to make a difference and challenge the process
Being well organized and tracking identified items inside a repository
