Responsibilities
Develop strong client relationships at all levels and be seen as a trusted partner
Provide direct support to the NAM region as the Digital Marketing SME, as well as leasing key digital clients/projects
Work closely with the wider Digital and Data team across the EMEA region, aligning on processes and proposition
Have a well rounded, client facing skill set, and have direct experience in the delivery of digital marketing strategies and projects
Support the business in the development and delivery of client pitches
Ensure sound financial management and profitability of projects/clients
Supporting the Client partners on forecasting and budgeting
Managing a Digital Project Manager and working with Business Solutions Consultants

Required
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Significant background in Account Management / Client Services in a digital marketing capacity
Experience in the development of omni-channel marketing strategies across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition -> retention/churn) across a combination of in-house and partner expertise
Direct experience in working with the broader digital marketing ecosystem, Google Marketing stack, Meta advertising stack, TikTok, SEO/SEM, CRO, Braze (or similar)
Proficiency in strategic planning, creative development, CRM, POS, insight development for digital and brand
An effective manager across multi-disciplinary marketing and technical team with 5+ years experience in CRM and Performance marketing. Previous agency exposure recommended
Excited to work with existing clients and developing new opportunities, including participating in pitching for new business and the development of business partnerships
Experience in an agency environment is a must
Preferred
Confident in their own knowledge and application of digital marketing. Can act as the SME for senior stakeholders in NAM
Can influence stakeholders and other teams to get things done. Builds collaborative relationships across the business and partners as needed
