Responsibilities
Take ownership of warm leads generated through lead generation channels.
Contact and engage potential clients via phone to close sales effectively.
Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and decision-making processes.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and tailored solutions that align with client goals.
Utilize strong closing offers to provide media solutions and marketing services that meet clients' business needs.
Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the closing process.
Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing teams and external lead generation partners to optimize lead-to-close conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales opportunities, and closed deals in CRM systems.
Provide feedback on lead quality and recommend adjustments to improve lead generation outcomes.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Continuously refine and adapt sales strategies to optimize results.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B and/or digital media sales, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals in high-ticket verticals such as Agencies, Healthcare, or Travel & Tourism.
Strong understanding of marketing services for digital advertising agencies, including branding, strategy, and tactics.
Familiarity with media solutions technology, from programmatic advertising to advanced analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively with lead generation teams and other stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with decision-makers.
Proficient in objection handling, presenting value propositions, and executing closing techniques.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
Preferred
Experience selling professional services, such as training, implementation, or customer success support, is a plus.
