Responsibilities

Main point of contact between our team and the your client list (phone, email correspondence)

Initiate conversation about current and new product opportunities

Provide solutions, feedback, and results from our offerings

Help your clients achieve success and growth through effective digital marketing solutions.

Work in partnership with your Account Executive to achieve success and growth through organization, clear communication, and solution-based thinking.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients

Help our clients achieve their growth goals according to the plans created by your account manager

Create RESULTS for our clients from our products!

Continued self-education on new and upcoming trends in the digital space

Client retention!

Daily communication with your Account Executive to ensure optimal client experience

Interaction with our Digital Media team for client updates
