Responsibilities
Campaign kick-off calls.
Set up reporting dashboards.
Organize internal resources to support customer marketing initiatives.
Responsible for all customer/rep communication and documentation in CRM.
Ongoing campaign optimizations.
Identify gaps in customer strategy, and work with rep and customer to fix.
Ability to be flexible and work outside system to achieve goals.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 2 years experience in client support or client management role
Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Preferred
CRM or other customer management software
Familiarity with marketing tools like WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc
