Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including design, development, and marketing strategy, to ensure resources are aligned and project milestones are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Troubleshoot challenges as they arise to maintain timelines and project goals.
Review project deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Occasionally complete minor website content updates to increase the speed of completion of smaller tasks (coding experience is not required but basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is helpful).
Track and report on project KPIs, budget adherence, and timeline achievement. Present results to leadership and stakeholders as required.

Required
Must speak and write fluent English (communication is critical)
Although you can work from anywhere, you must be available and work during normal business hours (EST)
3+ years of account or project management experience, ideally in a small digital agency
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Location: Remote (Richmond, VA or close by is preferred)
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is helpful
