Responsibilities
Drive data-driven initiatives through a marketing lens for the Health & Wellness organization.
Provide actionable insights using dashboards/visualizations, reports, and various forms of analysis.
Spearhead the marketing vision in multiple areas of data streams and work cross-functionally with teams to understand data trends.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred.
Previous experience in Performance Marketing is strongly preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with best-of-breed tools such as SQL and Google Sheets is required.
Deep understanding of using raw data to draw insights, including the entirety of the Data & Analytics landscape.
Great communication skills and the ability to communicate trend analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Previous experience w. podcasts is strongly preferred.
Previous experience within an agency/digital environment is strongly preferred.
