Responsibilities
Spearhead strategy, IT operations and enterprise value improvement
Work closely with internal operations departments and client facing practices to support key initiatives and achieve firm goals
Lead internal teams to deliver business enablement projects
Interface with clients that include private equity investors, boards of directors, and executive level portfolio company management

Required
Minimum 8 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience and significant project experience in information technology
Minimum of 5 years of results-driven project leadership
Deep and balanced understanding of IT and business strategy, operations, and value drivers
Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Project management experience leading complex projects and project teams
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, coach, and inspire teams to achieve business goals and objectives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4-year degree, preferably with a focus in technology, business, or related field and/or combination of education and relevant experience
Preferred
MBA or other graduate degree preferred but not required
Lean and/or Six Sigma training preferred
