Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all strategic discussions with the customer with the aim to profitably grow the customer account via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Build and maintain strong, trustful, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
Share the responsibility for execution and customer satisfaction across the portfolio
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets
Drive account profitable and sustainable growth
Forecast and track key account metrics
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to convert new leads and opportunities into customers and revenue streams as part of a pre-sales process
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Required
Proven work experience (at least 5 years) in a customer facing role in a B2B context working with US and Western European clients, ideally within the outsourcing / outstaffing market
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ideally, experienced in delivering client-focused solutions in accordance with customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint) or equivalents (GSuite etc), also beneficial to have CRM SW experience
Experience of running 10M+ client PnL
Experience with global service delivery
Understanding of modern technology, services and business trends
