Responsibilities
Collaborate with retail media networks, the commerce agency, and the media strategy team to develop annual retail media plans.
Own relationship with key retail media partners, ensuring all planning deadlines are met and plans are executed.
Work with the media strategy team and commerce agency to analyze performance of retail media campaigns, and optimize for efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage SMG marketing capabilities with our key retailers to execute best in class digital events and programs.
Assure retail media/marketing initiatives are integrated with SMG strategies and consumer insights, while fully leveraging retailer strategies and investments.
Work with business development teams (BDTs) to leverage retail media programs for strategic selling opportunities, and align with BDT growth strategies to maximize ROI.
Partner with cross functional resources (i.e. business development, marketing business units, agencies, creative, content, etc.) to gain strategic alignment and execute flawlessly in order to achieve business growth targets.
Work with the content team and commerce agency to implement SEO and drive best in class content enhancements.
Continuously test new/updated creative messaging to optimize conversion.
Effectively communicate complete digital commerce (retail media and merchandising) performance to BDT & Org.

Required
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (internal & external) and lead SMG in the rapidly evolving retail environment.
Be skilled at building relationships quickly, promoting collaboration, and driving teamwork across all levels of a business.
Ability to effectively present to executive-level audiences, internally and with the customer.
Thoughtful risk taker who is able to make quick decisions, assess results and redirect as necessary.
Have an enterprise mindset—a keen ability to understand how your work fits into and enhances the broader company objectives.
Preferred
5+ years experience in related consumer/shopper marketing, brand marketing, media, or business development fields.
MBA not required, but preferred.
