Responsibilities

Work with product managers, marketers, content strategists, UX designers and other partners to ensure web content is current and digital experiences relevant
Complete site authoring updates in an expeditious manner in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) application including updates for copy, images, PDFs, videos and other assets
Provides content leadership on projects and marketing initiatives that may include content inventories/audits, concepts, wireframes, content decks, editorial calendars, style guides, AEM reporting
Enforces adherence to content governance definitions to ensure that all content on the site is timely, aligns to brand standards and style guides, is professional and appropriate for respective audiences
Makes decisions about where new content will live in the content hierarchy and taxonomy
Identify opportunities for backend optimization in AEM
Ensure all elements of a page are present including needs for SEO (meta-data), accessibility, and reporting
Analyzes content opportunities and recommend strategies, interactions or approaches
Collaborate and offers expert digital content authoring counsel to key stakeholders as needed
Troubleshoot technical challenges with the website and content management tools
Manage UHCCP (UnitedHealthcare Community Plan) related tickets in Workfront application
Communicate updates and detailed status of tickets as work progresses
Proactive content governance and improvements (identifying outdated content and working with stakeholders to update)
Use accessibility standards when authoring and troubleshoot accessibility concerns with tech teams
Support componentry enhancements by helping to define requirements, participate in UAT testing of prototypes and support releases
Support site migrations in varying capacities
Manage multiple tickets and demands with ability to prioritize accordingly
Ability to work well with others on a team, collaborate and share the work

Healthcare experience is mandatory
