Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field + 3 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience, OR
High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
3+ years of UX writing experience within a matrixed organization, ideally with an e-commerce background.
3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing multiple deliverables while supporting various team goals.
Proven track record of leveraging digital tools to meet customer and partner needs.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to various business stakeholders.
Strong ability to create and maintain partnerships across the organization to ensure content strategy is aligned with business goals.
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare insurance industry (1-3 years preferred).
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring.
