Required

Self-starter with 5+ years of experience in digital design with eCommerce design experience a must (mobile + desktop)

Strong solid portfolio

Prior in-house design experience with prestige beauty background (on brand or agency)

Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices

Ability to prioritize and work quickly + efficiently against tight deadlines

Keen eye for clean design and executes tactical direction efficiently

Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (expert proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign) and keynotes

Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges with strong cross-department communication skills

Ability to work independently on assignments quickly with efficiency and organized

Strong experience with video and sound editing for multiple platforms across social + digital. Must be familiar with social specs + native app designs for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube

Expert understanding of trending formats + schemes, with the ability to arrange short video clips into a cohesive story

Familiarity with creator paid assets and video content across TikTok and Meta

Need to have experience in beauty industry - strong understanding of the market and what's happening in the beauty brands, and trends - doesn’t need to be haircare but something that falls under the beauty umbrella

Strong knowledge of CRM - produce email creatives, knows what is working and what's not, how to make it as fresh as possible

Photoshop and other digital design tools

Being able to and willing to work with current tools that are utilized within the team - taking whatever we can give them and have the ability to run with it, tweak it and tailor it to the brand
