Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry/technology trends and professional business knowledge

Improve automation of operational processes within a business to increase efficiency and productivity

Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business

Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations

Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion

Coordinate and execute system upgrades throughout the year on various applications

Develop and maintain input forms and dashboards to facilitate data collection and validation for budgeting & forecasting processes

Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights

Assist in end-user training sessions on process/application functionality and team cross-training

Provide user support and conduct 'deep dive' analysis of data anomalies when necessary

Collect and interpret business requirements for new solutions and/or enhancements

Participate and/or lead in the design, build, training and roll-out of new solutions

Periodically participate in training programs, user groups and conferences to further develop skillset and knowledge

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems

Experience with financial analysis, reporting and/or planning and understanding of finance systems and business processes

Knowledge of key ERP’s and/or 3rd party applications (SAP, Oracle, GetPAID, Serrela, etc.) a plus

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere

Motivated self-starter and team player able to troubleshoot end-user issues; develop and communicate potential solutions

Detailed oriented, highly organized with a positive attitude and strong commitment to drive process efficiency, accuracy, and analysis through continuous improvement

Possess a high degree of integrity; accountable

Keen focus on quality and attention to detail

Provide exceptional customer service offerings in an accurate and timely manner

Strong time-management skills, agile, works well under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicates issues as they arise

Positive and professional; employs a supportive approach to all co-workers and customers.
