Responsibilities
Collaborate with global teams to align on product and brand stories for seasonal storytelling.
Assist in planning and executing key seasonal stories and initiatives on Converse.com and digital channels globally.
Work with internal teams and agencies to create storytelling content that aligns with objectives and timelines.
Coordinate global launch dates and communicate with geography teams for product launches.
Measure and react to seasonal business results with analytics and UX partners.
Recap seasonal initiatives and gather feedback for process improvements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related digital field along with 2+ years’ experience supporting digital content development, working on editorial strategy and/or holding a similar role in digital marketing.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at various levels with different and converging timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Endlessly curious, resourceful, strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality, along with excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
Experience in retail industry, working on digital projects from concept to completion, applying retail and editorial standard methodologies. Also general understanding of UX, SEO and SEM is optimal.
Knowledge and familiarity with creative briefing processes – briefing content creation, as well end-use digital experiences.
Preferred
Passionate about at least one of the following: sneaker culture, streetwear, fashion/style, design, sports, or music! Ideally a few of them.
