Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams to align on product and brand stories for seasonal storytelling calendar.
Support planning of key seasonal stories and initiatives on Converse.com and digital channels globally.
Assist in mapping global site refreshes and content placement for the season.
Coordinate global launch dates and limited-edition product launches.
Monitor business and digital experience results, adjust site experience based on inventory.
Recap seasonal initiatives, gather feedback for process improvements, and support team efficiencies.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related digital field along with 2+ years' experience supporting digital content development, working on editorial strategy and/or holding a similar role in digital marketing.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at various levels with different and converging timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Endlessly curious, resourceful, strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality, along with excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
Experience in retail industry, working on digital projects from concept to completion, applying retail and editorial standard methodologies. Also general understanding of UX, SEO and SEM is optimal.
Knowledge and familiarity with creative briefing processes - briefing content creation, as well end-use digital experiences.
Passionate about at least one of the following: sneaker culture, streetwear, fashion/style, design, sports, or music! Ideally a few of them.
