Responsibilities

Work within a centralized engineering team to provide geotechnical consulting and engineering for medium to large projects nationally.

Participate in the discovery, development and delivery of innovations in the geotechnical engineering and delivery processes.

Work is regularly performed under strict client NDAs; responsible for executing services while maintaining client confidentiality.

Partner with local Terracon project managers to accomplish projects safely with consistency and excellence, in strict compliance with established quality and risk management protocols.

Promote continuous innovation, quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Ensure best practices are being followed and hold Managers accountable for innovation and quality control standards.

Lead the development of new clients having a national footprint, and on-going management of client with goal of client becoming a national account.
