Responsibilities
Define and champion the overall digital analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with client’s business goals and objectives.
Act as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for Google Analytics, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders.
Conduct a comprehensive audit of current Google Analytics implementation and recommend optimization strategies.
Lead the implementation and configuration of Optimizely to drive A/B testing and personalization initiatives.
Take ownership of Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration, ensuring accurate and reliable data tracking across all digital platforms.

Required
Proven experience in defining and implementing digital analytics strategies within a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Optimizely, demonstrating expertise in platform configuration and data analysis.
Solid understanding of tag management systems, particularly Google Tag Manager, with a focus on best practices and optimization techniques.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
Experience working with large-scale e-commerce platforms is desirable.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
