Responsibilities
Create and deploy year-round email fundraising strategies and tactics across multiple digital sub-channels, campaigns, and audiences, improving donor retention, second gift conversion and lead-to-donor conversion.
Develop donor journeys, onboarding series and strategies to build email file.
Achieve long-term donor engagement and conversion metrics.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research; analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve conversion rates.
Measure, analyze and interpret performance data.
Lead digital content/asset development and deployment strategy for social media platforms in partnership with internal committees.

Required
3+ years of non-profit and CRM experience in a similar role.
Strong experience in digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and others.
Experience interpreting data using visualization tools and web analytic software (e.g., Google Analytics, DOMO, etc.).
Experienced in collecting and analyzing data.
Experienced developing and executing CRM strategies, queries, and campaigns.
Proven ability in creating strategies to cultivate donations, prospects, engagement, and channel greater charitable support.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a leader and as part of a team.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and WordPress.
Excellent Excel skills, including the ability to filter, sort, clean and extract data.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
