Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Oversee creative, website, content, SEO, advertising, and sales teams. Provide guidance, assign tasks, and ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
Data-Driven Growth : Use data science, AI, and automation technology to grow client businesses. Analyze performance metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
Business Operations : Manage agency office operations, budgeting, and administration in collaboration with external vendors.
Project Oversight : Plan, execute, and guide client projects, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
Client Relations : Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
Creative Workflow Management : Develop and refine internal systems and SOPs to streamline the creative process and deliver exceptional results.
Business Development : Assist in project scoping, client acquisition, and identifying opportunities for agency growth.
Media Acquisition : Lead media strategy and acquisition for advertising campaigns.

Required

5+ years of experience leading operations for a top-tier creative agency.
