Responsibilities
Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics across channels (email, social, web, etc.).
Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM systems to gather insights.
Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key metrics.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion funnel analysis to drive campaign improvements.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve campaign strategies.
Make recommendations to shift campaign structure and keyword opportunities to improve performance.
Ensure data accuracy and quality, troubleshooting any discrepancies or data integrity issues.
Support the team in making data-driven decisions by providing in-depth analysis on campaign success and audience behavior.
Performs other job-related duties as required.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, Excel)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
A proactive, self-starting attitude and strong collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience conducting data analysis to identify trends and performance variations across different regions or market segments, supporting strategic initiatives by providing region-specific insights (U.S. and International marketing efforts)
Experience delivering data-driven insights that guide strategy development for both U.S. and international marketing efforts, with an ability to interpret and report on performance metrics to inform regional tactics.
Experience with A/B Testing: Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests for campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Higher Logic Informz a plus.
Basic SQL Knowledge: Ability to perform basic database queries for in-depth analysis.
SEO and SEM Metrics: Understanding of website traffic metrics and ability to make SEO/SEM recommendations.
UX Metrics Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience metrics, including bounce rates and user flow analysis.
Dashboarding: Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating visual reports.
