Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including, but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, Google, Shopify, etc.
Analyze campaign and full-funnel performance
Share reporting on campaign performance with clients
Identify and execute on performance optimization strategies
Stay up to date on industry trends, platforms, and tools
Provide recommendations to clients on tech stack, marketing channels, audience-building and benchmarks.
Build media plans and collaborate on the development of media strategies

Required
3 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics or consulting.
Media buying experience with proven success managing paid social campaigns.
Ability to analyze data to develop, validate, and refine ideas.
Curiosity about how systems work and enjoyment in solving complex problems.
Willingness to learn new things on the job, and to give and receive feedback.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional and hybrid environment.
Preferred
Entrepreneurial background.

Profit Sharing: Additionally, target variable compensation for team members based on seniority are: Mid-Level Growth Marketer: 5-10% (that is $3,250 - $10,500 on top of the base salary)
