Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with WSH's brand identity and consumer needs.
Oversee design, functionality, and content to optimize user experience, drive engagement, and increase conversion.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate consumer insights, market trends, and business goals into the site strategy.
Develop standard reporting to track website performance across company, product, and local branches pages.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on the performance of the website and key landing pages.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing.
Prior experience of 7 years managing website UX and strategy for B2C lead generation campaigns.
Prior experience of 5 years managing teams accountable for executing B2C website, UX, conversion and SEO efforts.
Strong understanding of web development principles and experience working collaboratively with development teams.
Experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
