Responsibilities
Organize and lead a digital marketing team to build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for our company and our clients.
Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels including websites, email, social media, SEO, paid media, etc.
Oversee day-to-day activities including SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media and email marketing including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review and optimization of campaigns
Collaborate cross-departmentally on new releases and product launches
Provide robust reporting and data analysis to communicate on ROI and KPIs, identify trends, and proactively identify problems or opportunities.
Report on analysis using clear, concise proof points and charts
Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals and testing strategies and optimizes spend and strategies accordingly.
Manage the daily performance of the digital marketing team. Use good meeting and project planning practices to drive focus and results.
Manage individual performance by establishing annual objectives for each employee and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Own Paid Media channel budgets and manage all day-to-day operations, including campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Constantly ideate new ways to grow and improve channel efficiency in order to build an offering.
Ensure Paid Media is running in accordance with industry best practices and maintain immaculate long-term tracking.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for a rapid scaling of operational capacity through automation, process improvements or other productivity measures while maintaining high quality standards, rapid response times, high reliability, and cost-effective operations.
Assist in building forecasts and projections that relate to the expected ROI on marketing campaigns, traffic, user acquisition, and other areas of marketing that require robust and rigid financial analysis.
Work with the Analytics and Marketing teams, extrapolating insights and turning those insights into actionable strategies that the Marketing team can leverage to create marketing initiatives.
Ensure the team is maximizing the impact of all performance marketing tactics by maintaining organized playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards that track the states and thresholds related to each experiment.
Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the marketing team
Keeping abreast of the latest consumer and marketing trends, best practices, and advancements in technology.
Collaborate with agencies and/or other vendors when required

Required
Bachelors degree with focus in Marketing
6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with paid media management
Proven track record of effective budget planning and management
Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams
Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives
In-depth knowledge and experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools including SEO, HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Ability to operate remotely and collaboratively in Eastern US and Mountain US time zones with flexibility for international meetings.
