Responsibilities
Drive the Digital Marketing strategy, aligning with Brand standards
Drive traffic and revenue through a portfolio of digital tactics including Paid Search (SEM) and Online Video (OLV, FEP, CTV)
Responsible for executional excellence of channel strategies including day-to-day management of partner agencies/vendors to drive the business, as well as ensuring budget management, pacing, partner management, and billing is done properly
Work closely with internal IT, eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution across all marketing campaigns and tactics
Partner with internal eCommerce and SEO team to manage activities on retailer websites such as content and keyword strategies
Outline clear measurement agendas with ability to communicate the outcomes with a continuous focus on optimization and spend efficiency
Continually assess real-time digital performance to resolve what is/isn’t working, using data, analytics and insights to continuously optimize for efficient performance, delivering aligned success metrics
Communicate search strategies and other search-related concepts to internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including non-experts
Track trends, benchmarks, competitive landscapes, best practices, and assess new opportunities/capabilities

Required
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years minimum of digital media experience (3 years experience in digital media buying and strategy for Paid Search and Programmatic); agency background preferred
Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (such as Search (SEM), Display, Programmatic video, etc)
Demonstrate an understanding of today's omni-channel and cross-device consumer shopping behaviors
Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights
Strong media math skills (ability to think in CPM/CPA/CPC/CTR/ROAS)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stakeholder trust both internally and externally
Understand how digital strategy connects to other paid and non-paid channels (sponsorships, OOH, CRM, TV, email, organic social etc.) to encourage more insightful and intentional campaign planning and execution
