Responsibilities
Create growth strategies involving email blasts, social media, influencer marketing, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, sales pages, and email sequences and optimize the user experience.
Collaborate with team members to quickly create lead magnets and info products to serve our audience.
Plan, run and analyze digital marketing campaigns leveraging existing assets on the AITJ website and social media.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Required
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
