Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
Help set up and manage automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp to drive customer engagement and retention.
Update and maintain our company website using WordPress, ensuring it’s optimized for user experience and search engines (SEO).
Monitor and report on the success of digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, to refine strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to implement digital marketing strategies and assist in various online initiatives.

Required
Passion for Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) and an interest in learning more.
Interest in Marketing Automations: Curious about automating customer journeys to streamline marketing efforts.
WordPress Experience: Basic knowledge of WordPress (or eagerness to learn) for website content management and updates.
Creative & Analytical: A knack for creative problem-solving paired with the ability to analyze marketing data and optimize strategies.
Student or Recent Graduate: Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
