Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic multi-channel media plans that guide the buyer’s journey from awareness to consideration and deal opening.
Launch and oversee marketing ICP programmatic & ABM campaigns across digital channels, including display, native, paid social, Google DemandGen & PMax, and CTV.
Foster ongoing improvement through regular A/B testing across channels, performance analysis, optimization, and consistent campaign measurement and reporting to meet conversion, CPA, and ROAS goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, web, and the digital team to create effective ad creatives and landing pages that enhance results.
Become a subject matter expert within your ICP to influence campaign strategy and ensure ad creatives resonate with the target audience.

Required
5+ years of experience in executing paid acquisition campaign strategies, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in LinkedIn and utilizing an ABM platform for account-targeted display campaigns.
A proactive attitude towards performance monitoring and tactical adjustments, with a proven ability to enhance efficiency and volume through campaign strategy and continuous optimization efforts.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value and achieve results.
Strong attention to detail along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
