Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
Identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous optimization.
Manage the day-to-day operations of SEM and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc).
Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Oversee budget allocation and pacing for SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign costs to ensure efficient spending.
Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, programs, web development) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and Paid Social.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Preferred

Strong preference for a candidate with B2B marketing experience.
Experience with advanced bidding strategies and automation tools.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.
