Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels to achieve business objectives.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Drive organic and paid search strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and campaign execution.
Create and manage paid and organic social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and conversions.
Partner with content creators and designers to develop assets that resonate with target audiences and align with digital best practices.
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track KPIs, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Plan, allocate, and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize channel efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and support integrated marketing initiatives.

Required

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
Proven success in B2B or B2C marketing; experience in SaaS or tech industries is a plus.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to develop innovative strategies and collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
