Responsibilities
Plan and execute email campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, managing subscriber lists, and scheduling sends.
Analyze email campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Maintain a comprehensive library of reusable email content for use by marketing and sales teams.
Develop and update website content to align with SEO best practices and user engagement strategies.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions as needed.
Create optimized landing pages to support marketing campaigns and drive lead generation.
Integrate and manage chatbot functions to enhance user experience and engagement.
Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Ensure website content aligns with the company’s SEO strategy and Quality Management System standards.
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant networks.
Track KPIs and regularly assess ad performance, adjusting targeting, creatives, and budget to achieve desired results. Provide reports.
Oversee and update the company’s social media profiles, schedule engaging posts, and respond to comments and direct messages.
Create diverse content, including animations and videos, tailored for social media engagement.
Analyze social media performance and offer strategic insights for continuous improvement. Provide reports to identify best practices.
Stay informed on social media trends and industry best practices to keep the company’s strategy current.
Produce and maintain a library of how-to and explainer videos accessible via the website and YouTube channel.
Develop scripts, coordinate video shoots, and edit video content for promotional and educational purposes.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and affiliates to extend brand reach.
Develop and manage relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and exposure
Plan, host, and manage webinars and virtual events to showcase company expertise and promote products.
Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations and engaging content for virtual audiences.
Develop audio marketing strategies, including podcasts, to diversify content offerings and reach new audiences.
Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support digital marketing strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting.
Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and database marketing tools (e.g., ZoomInfo). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development skills is ideal.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other data analysis software.
Excellent skillset and experience planning and hosting engaging webinars, virtual events, and podcasts.
Proficient with advanced skill levels in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, project management software, and video event platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for various targeted audiences and buyer personas.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter and creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare marketing and understanding of medical industry compliance and best practices.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing).
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CMS and CRM systems, database marketing tools, and building/sending emails.
Highly creative with experience in identifying audiences and creating innovative digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
