Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to deployment and analysis.
Oversee the implementation of campaign assets in marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
Create and manage email content, subject lines, calls-to-action, and segmentation strategies.
Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Create compelling content for a variety of marketing channels, including blogs, social media, website, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is aligned with business goals and brand messaging.
Learn and distill complex technical information into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences.
Establish clear campaign goals, KPIs, and metrics for success across all digital marketing initiatives.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, content development, and marketing automation.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with creating and managing automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring strategies.
Ability to break down and communicate complex technical content for a broader audience.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and improve campaign performance.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of SEO.
