Responsibilities
Launch & Optimize Campaigns: Orchestrate multi-channel digital campaigns (think Facebook, Google, and emerging channels) that actively push qualified leads into our pipeline.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop killer lead-gen funnels, refine messaging, and oversee appointment setters to ensure every generated lead turns into a real conversation.
Marketing Automation & CRM Mastery: Command platforms like HighLevel or HubSpot to nurture prospects, streamline follow-ups, and track performance metrics obsessively.
Data-Driven Insights: Dive into the metrics—CPC, CTR, CPL—then refine, test, and iterate until performance soars.
Brand Elevation: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and leadership to ensure messaging feels alive, authentic, and irresistible.

Required
Proven expertise in digital marketing, with a track record of scaling campaigns that deliver real leads.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (HighLevel, Keap, HubSpot, or similar).
Solid understanding of paid advertising best practices and the analytical chops to measure and optimize performance.
Organized, driven, and excited to experiment with new ideas—no marketing 'robots,' please.
Preferred
