Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital advertising team (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ad Grant specialists).
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client campaigns.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to provide feedback and guidance on campaign optimization and strategic initiatives.
Own the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to service delivery.
Lead initial client kick-off calls, establish campaign goals, and manage client expectations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact during onboarding.
Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, understand their goals, and ensure campaigns align with their vision and Missio’s mission during the onboarding process.
Supervise the creation, launch, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ad Grants.
Work with team members to ensure campaigns are delivering results aligned with client KPIs, such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct regular campaign audits to identify opportunities for improvement, scaling, or cost savings.
Provide final approval for campaign strategies, ad creatives, and landing page recommendations.
Plan, manage, and oversee all client projects from onboarding to campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
Develop workflows, templates, and processes to streamline campaign management and improve team efficiency.
Manage the team’s workload and project assignments to maintain balance and avoid bottlenecks.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ad Grants.
Introduce new strategies and technologies to enhance the team’s performance and deliver value to clients.
Analyze campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth across client accounts.
Partner with leadership to refine service offerings and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.

Required
2+ year minimum experience in digital marketing preferably with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Google Ad Grants.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC and paid social campaigns for measurable results.
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a collaborative leadership style.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to clients and team members.
Familiarity with tools like Asana and Google Workspace for team and project management.
Alignment with Missio’s values and a passion for serving Christian-focused organizations.
Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
Experience managing Google Ad Grant accounts, including compliance and optimization strategies.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) and CRM software.
Familiarity with non-profit marketing.
