Responsibilities
Create and manage a results-driven social media strategy to grow engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
Design and edit premium visual content—videos, reels, stories, and promotional assets showcasing luxury properties and destinations.
Grow and optimize our presence on Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Monitor analytics to track performance and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
Create digital marketing initiatives: email campaigns, styled shoot activations, collateral creation, and invitations and itineraries.
Collaborate with the Wedaways team to support key activations and partnerships globally.
Maintain a consistent, luxury-focused brand voice across all platforms.

Required
Proven experience managing social media for luxury travel or hospitality brands.
Exceptional visual design aesthetic and advanced video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Fluent in English (native or near-native) with excellent copywriting skills.
Confident in analyzing social media metrics to drive actionable growth strategies.
Proficient in content scheduling tools, video editing software, Campaign Monitor (similar to Mailchimp), Canva, Elementor, etc.
A passion for luxury travel, weddings, and visual storytelling that inspires and converts audiences.
