Responsibilities
Carry out sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Foster a high-performance sales culture to achieve sales goals.
Manage individual sales pipeline, monitor sales metrics, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Review and approve marketing content and campaigns developed by the team, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives and maintaining quality standards.
Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' goals and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated strategies and deliver cohesive marketing solutions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and communicate sales targets, objectives, and KPIs to the sales team.
Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership to clients and the sales team.

Required
High School Diploma Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Sales.
Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with Sales Pipeline, CRM systems and marketing automation tools for lead tracking and management.
Strong time management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage client accounts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies and identify opportunities for clients.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
