Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with franchise and multi-unit brand small box retail business owners
Identify and understand clients' specific digital marketing needs and challenges
Develop and present customized proposals that showcase Over The Top Marketing’s services and SaaS platform's value proposition
Negotiate and close deals
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Required
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing or marketing technology sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities facing franchise and multi-unit brand small-box retail businesses
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
Data-driven approach to sales and a strong understanding of ROI
Ambition, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
