Responsibilities

Consistently gather and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and SEO initiatives to inform campaign strategy. Build reports. Refine and monitor account performance around messaging themes, landing pages (LPs), ad copy, blog posts, and content offers. Use AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and derive actionable insights.
Build compelling, effective campaigns in HubSpot, Pardot, LinkedIn, etc. with the Ironpaper methodology and account strategy in mind. Ensure they align with Ironpaper’s methodology and account strategy. Leverage marketing automation and AI tools to optimize campaign workflows and performance.
Track and optimize the performance of individual campaigns and conversion points. Collaborate with the Growth Specialist for larger shifts/iterations. Monitor performance across channels, particularly low-performing metrics, and identify what needs to be optimized. Derive insights from campaign data. Use real-time data to continuously optimize messaging and strategy.
Campaigns that are error-free, regularly optimized, and contribute to account goals and growth. Ensure that all campaigns are thoroughly checked and optimized for maximum performance. Collaborate across teams to support consistent optimization. Error-free execution is a key priority.
Understand the performance of campaigns and digital marketing efforts as a whole. Derive insights and share with client and internal teams. Communicate campaign strategies and results clearly to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
DMs should be providing feedback to content, design, and development depending on campaign performance or as part of their QA process before campaigns go live. Leverage AI and analytics tools to assess campaign performance. Provide feedback to content, design, and development teams based on performance data, particularly during the QA process before campaigns go live.
Implement and manage client CRM accounts in platforms such as HubSpot, ensuring automation is used to improve marketing workflows and lead nurturing. Integrate CRM tools with other systems and manage workflows to ensure seamless performance tracking and reporting. Use data properties to better understand marketing outcomes.

Required

Proven experience (3+ years) in planning and executing inbound and digital marketing campaigns. Agency or similar experience preferred.
Advanced skills in at least one platform: Google Ads/PPC or LinkedIn paid campaigns. If experience is limited to one, a commitment to learning the other within the first 2 months is required.
Proficiency with AI tools to assist with campaign analysis, optimization, and deriving data-driven insights to improve performance.
Conceptual thinker who can connect marketing efforts to broader business objectives and ensure campaigns support long-term growth.
Articulate communication skills to clearly explain marketing strategies and campaign results to internal teams and clients.
Strategic mindset to develop marketing campaigns that not only drive immediate results but align with the client’s long-term business goals.
Critical thinking to analyze data and identify trends that guide marketing decisions.
Proactive and self-motivated, consistently looking for ways to optimize and improve marketing effectiveness.
Must be able to work full-time remotely within the US (excluding California) from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.
Inherently kind and open to feedback, working effectively in a remote team.

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Strong desire to learn advanced analytics and leverage AI tools and platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
