Responsibilities

Lead & Execute Upon Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including email, text/SMS, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to achieve company goals.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KPIs.
Content Development: Create digital ads and effective messaging campaigns using tools such as Canva. Collaborate with and lead outside content creators and design teams to produce compelling digital content, including blog posts, infographics, email newsletters, videos, and ads.
Website Owner: Updating content, implementing SEO recommendations, and monitoring web analytics for ongoing performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights to guide optimization and future strategies.
Campaign and Conversion Rate Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey analysis to increase lead generation and conversions.
Market Analysis: Keep up with digital marketing and industry trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to keep Calque ahead of the curve.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns in various channels.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and email marketing software.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM software.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles, as well as content marketing and social media.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with marketing automation platforms and email campaign management.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital advertising formats, and lead generation strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
