Responsibilities
Launch digital advertising campaigns and implement post-launch protocols and verifications
Manage weekly campaign optimization alerts and monthly partner campaign optimizations
Collect and analyze campaign data and develop in-depth reports
Assist in populating annual ROI reports
Troubleshoot platform (Social, Google) issues with partners
Research new and up-and-coming new media platforms and research their fit with Capture
Write digital ad copy for multiple ad platforms
Stay ahead of marketing trends in the higher education sector
A/B testing of campaigns and strategies
Participate and present in internal, cross-department team trainings
Data collection and reporting for internal projects and initiatives
Manage time tracking to find efficiencies in the Digital Department workflow
Optimize landing pages for conversions
Conduct keyword and audience research
Conduct competitive research
Attend content onboarding calls for new partners
Other duties as needed

Required
Experience launching and analyzing paid digital campaigns through Google (Search, Display, Video), META, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snap Chat, TikTok
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Ability to use data to tell stories of success
Experience managing projects and time in project management software such as Teamwork, Asana, Basecamp, Kanbanize
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
Experience with data entry and analysis
Skilled in advanced Excel
