Responsibilities

Fully manage the digital marketing efforts for clients to ensure optimal success for all marketing campaigns

Manage all client communications via phone, email, and text on a proactive basis (same-day responses to clients)

Detailed documentation and follow-through for client requests and support needs

Oversee the internal fulfillment team for ongoing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns

Project management to delegate and facilitate marketing campaign efforts and coordinate efforts across multiple team members.

Monthly meetings with clients to review reporting and performance of digital marketing efforts, as well as plan out the next steps for helping them hit their goals.

Provide an exceptionally positive working relationship with all clients using great customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Experience with Digital Marketing Channels: WordPress Websites, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization, Google My Business, Email Marketing

Great documentation skills

Familiarity with tools like: ClickUp, Teamwork Projects, Asana, Monday.com, etc.

Gmail / Google Docs / Google Drive / Google Calendar

Basic Experience with CRM Tools: Ex: Hubspot, Zoho, Keap, HighLevel, etc.

Basic Copywriting Skills: Can write basic marketing copy, Understanding the role of keywords for SEO, Basic editing for proper grammar and punctuation, Writing AI tools: ChatGPT

Basic Graphic Design: Simple image editing / cropping, Creating basic graphics for ads in tools like Canva, Simple video editing like cropping, resizing, etc.

Understanding how to get basic performance metrics from analytics

Can properly read and interpret marketing reports

Explaining reporting details to clients and in easy to understand manor

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
