Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Utilize Salesforce to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and optimize lead management processes.
Create custom reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover insights.
Oversee the technical aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including website structure, keyword analysis, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to implement and maintain tracking codes, pixels, and other technical components of digital marketing campaigns.
Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multi-variant tests across various digital channels to continuously improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant privacy laws and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Required
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role with a strong technical focus.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Experience with multi-variant testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking.
Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
