Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive digital media buying strategies in alignment with Reflex Media's goals, focusing on affluent audiences and Gen Z. Strategize with stakeholders to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and enhance user acquisition at scale.
Lead and oversee budget allocations across all platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring that ad spend aligns with long-term objectives and short-term goals.
Execute, monitor, and optimize cross-platform media campaigns, with advanced strategies for high-budget allocation, targeting, and continuous optimization.
Lead real-time adjustments based on performance data to meet critical KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and customer LTV, keeping a strong focus on profitability at all times.
Oversee daily and weekly pacing and budget reports to ensure precise ad spend management across high-budget accounts, deploying both manual adjustments and automated optimization.
Utilize advanced bidding strategies and automated tools to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain optimal performance.
Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to develop content tailored to high-value audiences, providing insights on creative strategies that drive engagement.
Act as the primary liaison with ad network and platform representatives to secure optimal rates, handle policy issues, and resolve account suspensions in a timely manner.
Analyze campaign performance with advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker), identifying actionable insights to refine strategy and improve ROAS.
Present high-level reports on campaign effectiveness, trends, and budget impact to senior leadership, offering recommendations for continual campaign improvement.
Stay at the forefront of digital media trends that appeal to high-net-worth and Gen Z audiences. Test and implement new platforms and formats to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Continuously research audience behaviors, leveraging data insights to innovate targeting strategies and maximize acquisition and retention.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related field
8+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a minimum of 3 years handling $1 million+ monthly budgets
Proven expertise with multi-platform media buying across Google, Meta, Snap TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic DSP ad buying
Strong track record of managing high-stakes budgets, using data to optimize ad spend, and scaling campaigns for premium brands
Exceptional analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, Looker, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and custom reporting tools
Knowledge of advanced bidding strategies, retargeting, programmatic advertising, and native advertising
