Responsibilities
Develop and recommend media strategies and media plans aligned with client objectives, KPIs, target parameters, and budgets.
Collaborate with sales representatives, digital, and planning teams to create tailored media plans across digital channels (display, online video, search, social, STV)
Recommend and identify effective media platforms to reach target audiences and maximize ROI.
Actively participate in client-facing and internal meetings to provide strategic recommendations.
Lead the development, implementation, and stewardship of media plans from proposal to contract.
Manage contracts and other client-facing deliverables.
Work alongside internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and plans.
Be flexible in adapting to different account categories and media platforms.
Continuously learn new skills and contribute knowledge across teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3-5 years of experience in digital media role.
Previous experience with Salesforce and a DSP is required.
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assimilate large quantities of information quickly, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools a must (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
High energy, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Candidates must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Preferred
Experience in the advertising/marketing industry, especially in a fast-paced, team-based environment, a plus.
Experience in the luxury sector a plus.
