Responsibilities
Lead the overall paid media strategy and drive customer traffic, conversion and ROI for all paid digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display (including video) to drive online and offline traffic, conversion and sale.
Lead paid social, programmatic display, and other CPC initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, testing, and measurement plans.
Develop & lead strategies and account management for pay per click (PPC) search campaigns (Google / Bing) including the planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of these campaigns.
Manage multiple external Agency relationships for digital channels; build partnerships, monitor performance, and seek improvement opportunities.
Manage paid media budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs.
Manage creative assets for paid media channels, including advising on best media practices.
Perform landing page testing, split testing, and optimization to deliver best possible click through rates and conversion rates
Work and maintain sold relationships with key partners such as Google, Microsoft and other platforms.
Stays abreast with industry news, platform updates, product enhancements & innovations
Drive lead volume for multiple brands; ability to track and drive ROI at a market/region level
Ability to track keyword/campaign data throughout the customer acquisition funnel (keyword to sale). Utilize data to improve customer experience and increase ROI.
Work with our 500+ agent locations to set monthly caps, review performance, and provide expert insight on digital strategies
Integrate call center and sales metrics to provide a customer view for each paid media channel.
Works closely with partners and internal IT to execute the correct communication strategy for each paid media channel.
Owns the multi-communication customer strategy, utilizing Email and SMS frequency, content, and call-to-action.

Required
4+ years ‘of relevant experience, with a strong paid search/paid media marketing background
Strong analytics knowledge to analyze enterprise interactive results from multiple channels.
Deep understanding of web analytics, marketing and data analytics. Familiar with A/B and multi-variate testing.
Proven track record of successful campaign launches and executions
Ability to extract both quantitative and qualitative insights to improve campaigns
Strong work ethic
Data Driven; proficient in Excel.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
4 year college degree or equivalent
